Seattle RW #2 – The Corson Building

The Corson Building was stop #2 for Seattle Restaurant Week. Located in an small unassuming house in Georgetown, this place puts out some quality food. They like to focus on family style seating and meals as well.


Sourdough with lovage butter, graisseron


Pork and chili rillettes with rye crackers, pickles and a six minute egg


Lamb shoulder braised with dried limes and cumin, yogurt, lentil pilaf, flatbread and condiments


Gateau Basque with hazelnut carmel and chocolate
